CLIMATE FRIENDLY SHIPPING
We ship your order using GoGreen Plus, the sustainability program from Deutsche Post and DHL. This allows us to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (CO2e) associated with shipping by at least 95%.
How does it work? Within their logistics network, Deutsche Post and DHL invest in alternative fuels and technologies—such as electric vehicles for transport or heat pumps in their facilities.
The resulting CO2e reduction is allocated proportionally to your shipment, thereby reducing your shipment's CO2e footprint.
However, this does not necessarily mean that your specific shipment is physically transported using vehicles or facilities that utilize these sustainable fuels or technologies.

DELIVERY TIME
Once we have received your order we will process it immediately, of course. Products in stock are normally shipped within 2 business days after receipt of the order. If you have selected the payment option "prepayment", we send the goods once we received the full purchase price.
With standard shipping within Germany, DHL delivers your package in 1-2 business days.
Deliveries outside of Germany are sent by DHL Paket International Premium. Thereby your package takes priority and is always transported by the fastest means possible. The delivery times depend on the destination country and can be between 2 to 14 business days. For more information on this please go to DHL.
