If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can of course exercise your right of return. For a full refund you simply have to send the goods back to us within 14 days of receipt. The cost for returning the item to us, however, is your responsibility. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the return as a traceable parcel using a delivery service, which insures you for the value of the goods.

In order to receive a full refund for the articles, they must be unworn and in their original condition. So please stick to the following guidelines:

• Please do not remove or damage the original labels..

• For hygienic reasons please keep your underwear on during fitting.

• Please avoid contamination during the fitting (e.g. smoke smell).

• Please return the item in its original packaging with a protective outer packaging to avoid damage in transit.
